Going to the big time

Chico may be small, but it has produced some notable names in sports, politics and entertainment, most recently with former Chicoan Jake McLaughlin getting a crack at stardom in Paul Haggis’ latest film, In the Valley of Elah. (see “Hollywood’s veteran newcomer” for more on him). Here are a few names you might recognize.

Aaron Rodgers
NFL quarterback, currently on the Green Bay Packers.
