Basketball offers several benefits
March brings with it the promise of warm weather, flowers and trees in bloom and afternoons spent on patios instead of cooped up inside. If you’re a fan of college basketball, however, it also brings on March Madness. To keep yourself fit during the tourney, in between games head out and shoot some hoops yourself.
