Drugged and molested

On Tuesday (May 10), 52-year-old Kevin Fattal of Oroville pleaded no contest to six counts of sexual molestation involving two victims—a 15-year-old girl who attended a teenage party at his house and a 22-year-old woman who lived with him for years.

At the party in February, Fattal (pictured) gave the 15-year-old drugs to help with her hangover the next day, according to a press release from District Attorney Mike Ramsey. The girl woke up in the night while being molested by Fattal, but was unable to move or speak, she reported to Oroville police. The 22-year-old later came forward with suspicions that she’d been molested as well; more than once, Fattal gave her “allergy medication” before bed and she woke up naked.

Photos of Kattal performing sex acts on the unconscious woman were found on his computer. He faces a maximum sentence of 18 years in prison.
