Credit union tops the polls

A recent survey on customer experience with their banks and credit unions gave Golden 1 Credit Union top honors in California. The survey, conducted by Prime Performance, a bank advisory firm, ranked institutions based on customer satisfaction, whether banks met their needs, whether clients were likely to recommend their bank to others and whether they stuck with them, as opposed to transferring elsewhere. Below are the results of overall customer experience:
