Chico ranks 14th in a list of 20 cities in the nation with highest share of bicyclists
Any doubts about Chico’s rep as a bike-friendly city are put to rest by the 2014 American Community Survey by the League of American Bicyclists. Based on U.S. Census Bureau stats on bike commuting in cities with populations over 65,000, Chico places 14th in a list of the top 20 cities in the nation with the highest share of bicyclists. Shown here is the list of cities that edged out our fair town:
