Thursday, Oct. 23 (at 1078 Gallery, 820 Broadway)
6-9 p.m.: Wine and cheese reception for glass works (on display through Oct. 25).

Friday & Saturday, Oct. 24-25 (at Sierra Nevada Brewery’s hops field, 1075 E. 20th St.)
Glassblowing demos with live music and Tacoma Museum’s mobile “hot shop.”
Friday:
6-9 p.m.: “Hot Rockin’ Glass Show,” featuring Robert Herhusky, Jack Schmidt and John de Wit, with music by the Chris Schadt Band.
Saturday:
10 a.m.: Boyd Sugiki and Katherine Gray, with music by Chico Strings.
Noon: Richard Marquis and Nick Mount, with music by Make It So.
2 p.m.: Randy Strong and Roberta Eichenberg, with music by Dave Elke Trio.
Cost: $7 one-day pass; $10 two-day pass
Saturday, Oct. 25 (at Sierra Nevada Big Room)
6-10 p.m.: Dinner, glass art auction and Chikoko performance.
Cost: $60 ($70 for dinner plus glassblowing events)
